About The OpportunityAs a Production Worker at EMR, you’ll play a key role in our daily shredder operations at our Becker, MN location. In this role, you will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support overall yard cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts
- Sort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyors
- Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently
- Basic math skills
- Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
- Capable of performing physical tasks in various environments
- Monday - Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm (no nights, no weekends)
- $19/hour, full-time, year-round
