Accent Care is seeking a Registered Nurse / Patient Care Manager for our home health team serving Hanford, CA. In this role, you will deliver and coordinate high-quality in-home nursing care for patients receiving pharmaceutical therapies, reflecting our biotechnology and pharmaceutical focus. You will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust individualized care plans, and oversee a caseload to ensure safe, effective treatment.
