• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential is highly desirable
• Experience working in a school setting, particularly at the elementary or middle school level
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to student wellness

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid and emergency response
• Conduct health assessments and manage chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, or allergies
• Maintain accurate health records and fulfill documentation requirements
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students as needed
• Educate students and staff on health topics, illness prevention, and hygiene
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Support the overall well-being of the school community through screenings, health promotion, and preventative measures
