Care Nest Solution LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
- Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
- Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
- Strong understanding of patient rights, dignity, and person-centered care
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
