Lead a multidisciplinary Quality Inspection organization across Receiving, in-process, and final inspection, CMM programming and metrology, NDT operations, and DSQR/Source Inspection activities;
Manage staffing plans, schedules, and cross-site coverage including offsite 3PL;
Ensure adherence to AS9100/AS9102, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), NAS
410, ISO 10360, and related aerospace quality standards;
Oversee CMM lab operations and NDT program standards, calibration/traceability of metrology, and documentation;
Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, and inspection KPIs with weekly/monthly performance reporting
