Domino's Pizza is hiring for an assistant manager role. Responsibilities and Duties- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and ensure 100% adherence to all policies and procedures; expect the same from your crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, operating to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

GeneralJob Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility on a regular basis.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Eye-hand coordination for rapid and precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees depending on area.
- Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust exposure.
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot oven surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Varying conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
- Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
- Depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces; far and night vision for driving.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
QualificationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to the following:
- Standing: Most tasks are performed standing; work surfaces typically between 36" and 48" high.
- Walking: Short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between store and vehicle and to customer locations.
- Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting: Deliveries and ingredients may weigh up to 50 pounds; cases lifted from floor to shelves up to 72" high.
- Carrying: Pizzas, cans, ingredients, and trays; various weights across tasks.
- Pushing/Pulling: Move trays on dollies; force up to several pounds as described by tasks.
- Climbing: Navigate stairs or ladders for prices, walls, or maintenance; delivery may require stairs.
- Stooping/Bending: Repeated bending at waist; front counter stocking and pizza assembly tasks.
- Crouching/Squatting: Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: Continuous reaching up/down/forward; reaching above 72" for signs and oven controls.
- Driving: Deliver product within designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.
