National Account Manager

Regalo Baby, a leading brand in infant and child safety products, is seeking a strategic National Account Manager to drive growth across major retail partnerships including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

This role owns both in-store and eCommerce channels, leading annual planning, line reviews, pricing strategy, and omnichannel growth initiatives. We are looking for a consumer products sales leader who understands how to navigate large retail organizations, build executive-level relationships, and deliver measurable revenue and margin growth.

• Strategic leadership of key national retail accounts
• Joint business planning and revenue growth strategy
• Line reviews, assortment planning, pricing, and promotions
• Forecasting, P&L oversight, and performance analytics
• eCommerce growth initiatives (Amazon experience preferred)
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure retail execution excellence

• 5–10+ years of consumer products retail sales experience
• Proven success managing big-box accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Target strongly preferred)
• Experience across brick-and-mortar and digital retail channels
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on national retail growth.
