Boot Barn - - Responsibilities:
Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships;
Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge to customers;
Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising, sales setup, and store housekeeping;
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountability at POS;
