Position Overview
Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a growth role designed to develop future leaders and support the General Manager in running the store. The role focuses on developing strategic thinking, driving sales, and fostering a positive team environment.

- Place, receive, and verify orders; conduct inventory; control waste and rotation.
- Think holistically about store performance, planning beyond the current shift.
- Identify root causes of problems and implement sustainable changes.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant or retail experience with strong customer service commitment.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
- Minimum age 18.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
The position requires hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for 4 to 8 hours. The duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation$16.52 – $27.53 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Range reflects what the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position.
