Position:
Part‑time Weekend Product Merchandiser (Warehouse/Store Shelf Stocker)

Location:

Burnsville, MN.

Pay: $23.50 per hour.

Start times: 1:00 AM, 3:00 AM, 5:00 AM.

Highly recommended for veterans, military spouses, and others traveling to large volume stores.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan‑in/scan‑out, following designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (e.g., communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs).
• Operate under minimal supervision (self‑managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• Minimum age 18.
• High School or GED.
• Physical ability to lift 20‑45 lb cases, bend, reach, and squat.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, proof of insurance, and personal vehicle to access multi‑store locations within the assigned shift.
• Pass the physical capabilities test if required.

• Experience working for a retail or grocery business, including understanding store operations, back‑room inventory, and aisle stocking.
• Experience moving products within a store using equipment such as u‑boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Experience merchandising products: filling shelves, building displays, rotating products, cleaning shelves, and eliminating out‑of‑stock items.
• Experience managing back‑room or stockroom inventory, organizing pallets, and storing inventory.
• Experience serving customers, handling complaints, and meeting customer needs.

For positions that require a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided. Because this role involves regular field work and interacts with the public, the Company conducts a criminal history review, background check, and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
