Retail & Store Manager, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep, Retail Support
Position Overview: The Shift Leader is responsible for overall leadership and direction of the store in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. The Shift Leader ensures the team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, new directives, and guest connections during the shift.
Core Responsibilities- Demonstrates mastery of team member duties with enthusiasm and excellence.
- Leads shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
- Strategically maximizes product sales and manages waste.
- Maintains the store’s look and feel.
- Is knowledgeable about daily deployments and associated roles.
- Communicates effectively on the floor.
- Anticipates and resolves team and guest needs before issues arise.
- Balances multiple priorities and delegates tasks.
- Owner of the shift, including the following shift.
- Ensures team executes SOP and quality standards.
- Coaches and gives feedback in the moment.
- Trains team on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
- Completes administrative tasks (bank deposits, inventory, orders, etc.).
- Develops team members and discusses career growth.

Required:
- At least one year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
- Age 18 or older.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for 4 to 8 hours. Remaining duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation$12.75 – $21.25 per hour, subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
