Assistant Store Manager — Events, Training & Community

This is a part time position of one to three shifts a week. Sales associate responsibilities include:

Full-time position supporting the Store Managers.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting customer service standards
• Holding sales associates accountable for performance standards
• Training and retraining of sales associates
• Daily social media interaction and promotion
• Foster community through in-store events, tournaments, and organized play
• Event promotion
• Execute daily tasks and create daily task assignments
• Management of in-store food and drink inventory including placing orders through Sam’s Club and picking those orders up (transportation required)

This is a part-time position with a commitment of two to three shifts a week. Friday and Saturday availability necessary, daytime flexibility a plus. Sales associate responsibilities include:

This is a part-time position with a commitment of one or two shifts a week. Looking for flexible availability with the ability to work between the hours of noon and 10. Sales associate responsibilities include:

This is a part time position of one to three shifts a week. Sales associate responsibilities include:

FULFILLMENT & RECIEVING ASSOCIATE –Full-time position of five shifts a week (40 hours.) Position is located at our Offices and Fulfillment Center in Minnetonka.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing incoming and outgoing shipments (mainly store merchandise)
• Filling, checking and packaging e-commerce orders
• Shelving / putting away store merchandise
• Day to day cleaning and maintenance
• Some lifting involved – must be able to life 50 pounds with no restrictions
• Position involves driving a delivery van – must have clean driving record
• Must have availability of 8 am to 4 pm weekdays

This is a full-time position, on-site at our offices in Minnetonka. This is our first dedicated marketing hire and a build-from-scratch opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and executing marketing campaigns end to end. Examples: ecommerce relaunch, promotions, membership program, milestone company events, store grand openings and collection-buying
• Multi-store social media management - coordinating and supporting our seven store managers and keeping the brand consistent across every location
• Paid acquisition (Meta+ Google/You Tube) to a CAC/ROAS target
• Ecommerce SEO and content strategy - category and product pages, buying guides, organic growth
• Discord management
• Press releases

Requirements

• Hands-on paid media experience (Meta Ads Manager+ Google/You Tube) with a track record hitting CAC or ROAS targets
• Solid SEO fundamentals - keyword research, on-page, content briefs; ecommerce SEO a strong plus
• Email/lifecycle platform experience
• Strong campaign and project management.
• Genuine fluency in or enthusiasm for trading card games and tabletop hobby culture

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 base, commensurate with experience.
