Job Title: Quotation Specialist

• As a Quotation Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert, consulting with customers, sales, and manufacturing representatives on a wide range of electrical equipment. This includes everything from emergency electrical docking stations
  , quality power equipment to AC and DC rectifiers, inverters and lighting inverters
  .
• Reporting to the Quote Specialist Supervisor, you'll support a diverse range of products across multiple manufacturing sites. This will allow you to deepen your knowledge of the industrial electrical market significantly.
• Your success in this role hinges on daily interaction with our sales team, customers, and manufacturing representatives to deliver timely and exceptional customer service.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical College Degree with 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in Sales or Customer Experience type role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge
• Ability to use digital tools to capture and respond to customer requests
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

• Familiar with ERP and CRM tools (Epicor and Salesforce)
• Ability to read and understand electrical power and control drawings / diagrams
• Experience in Switchboard, UPS or Rectifier manufacturing
• Engineering Degree or Level 3 Technical/Vocational
• Highly motivated and passionate
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High comfort level establishing and growing relationships with customers and internal partners
• Continuous improvement mindset
