MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Experienced Employee-Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team at our Headquarters in Burnsville, MN.

What You Will Do As An Individual Contributor
  • Build and grow your pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute new business strategies that move the needle.
  • Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions.
  • Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for individual decision makers to C-level executives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong communicator with polished presentation skills.
  • Well versed in cost analysis and lease contracts.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated success thriving in a competitive sales environment.
  • Possesses a creative, solution driven, consultative mindset when identifying opportunities that serve the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3+ yrs experience in B2B outside sales
  • 2+ yrs experience documenting within a CRM platform.
  • Experience with contract negotiations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Base Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE

Anticipated First Year OTE: $90,000-$110,000
