We're hiring a driven, entry-level sales professional to develop into a future leader of international accounts. This is a hands-on, apprenticeship-style role where you'll learn the business, support existing global partners, and build new markets—with a clear path to owning key accounts within 18-24 months.
WhatYou'll Do
- Grow International Accounts: Build relationships with existing global distributors, identify expansion opportunities, and drive repeat business through consistent, high-quality engagement
- Develop New Markets: Proactively prospect and win new international customers through outreach, trade shows, and market research—turning opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Sell Real, Technical Products: Quickly learn specialized industrial equipment and confidently translate technical features into clear, practical value for customers
- Own the Sales Process: Manage your pipeline, track opportunities in CRM, forecast accurately, and follow through to close business
- Gain Global Exposure: Travel internationally 6-7 times per year (10-12 days per trip), meeting partners face-to-face across Europe and Asia and representing the company as a trusted advisor
- Build Toward Ownership: Start by supporting existing accounts, then progressively take on more responsibility with a clear path to owning key international relationships within 18-24 months
- 0-3 years of sales experience - but more importantly, you have the mindset of a top performer:

- In addition:
- Strong interest in sales, international business, or technical products
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Mechanical or technical aptitude (or a strong desire to learn)
- Ability and enthusiasm to travel internationally (valid passport required)
- Base: $50K-$60K (up to $65K DOE)
- Commission: 3% on account growth + 8-10% on new business
- On Target Earnings: $70K-$80K Year 1 → $90K-$110K+ Year 2 → the earning potential is uncapped!
