Job DescriptionWe’re looking for ambitious, high‑energy Business Development Managers to help shape the future growth of our company by breaking into entirely new markets for professional audio technology. This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll be building new business where none exists yet – identifying untapped industries, creating relationships from scratch, and helping define how our world‑class audio solutions transform emerging experiences across sectors such as golf & leisure, hybrid workplaces, higher education, healthcare, and smart environments.

- Identify exciting “white space” opportunities where our professional audio solutions can make a major impact and pioneer entirely new verticals.
- Network with business leaders, consultants, architects, AV/IT professionals, influencers, and end users to develop partnerships that open doors and generate opportunities.
- Learn how to position cutting‑edge microphones, loudspeakers, DSP, and networked audio solutions to solve real business challenges in modern environments.
- Build your own pipeline, close strategic opportunities, and directly influence company growth with unlimited commission rewarding your success.
- Your ideas, market insights, and customer feedback will help influence future products, strategy, and expansion into new industries.
- Candidate must be located near a metro airport for quick travel when necessary.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $65,000–$75,000, along with unlimited commission potential designed to reward high performance. Our Business Development team has the opportunity to directly impact their earnings through business growth and results. At 100% attainment, on‑target earnings (OTE) range from $130,000–$150,000, with the potential to earn significantly more for those who exceed their goals. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
