South Metro Entry-Level Sales, Service & Operations

Walser Automotive Group is hiring entry-level Sales, Service & Operations team members for our South Metro locations. In this customer-facing role, you'll learn the foundations of automotive retail in a modern, one-price, negotiation-free environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, supporting test drives, assisting with basic paperwork and scheduling, and ensuring a smooth experience in both sales and service areas. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas
• Support sales team with product information and test-drive coordination
• Learn Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Handle basic paperwork, data entry, and appointment scheduling
• Support service operations, including check-in and customer updates
• Maintain clean, organized customer and vehicle display areas
• Follow defined processes to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
• Collaborate with teammates to meet customer and store goals
• Uphold Walser's standards for integrity, transparency, and safety
