Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking to immediately hire a Senior Industrial Water Treatment Service Technician for our Burnsville, MN location, with experience working with customers at their location, to perform installation and service maintenance on industrial high purity water treatment systems including water softeners, deionization, reserve osmosis applications, and carbon filtration. This is a career position in a growing industry.

Qualified Candidate Should Have
- 1-3 years experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial water systems (RO, DI, softeners, UV, lab polishing equipment, etc.)
- 1-3 years related experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical or utility service
- Experience with plumbing materials such as PVC, CPVC, copper, PVDF
- Experience troubleshooting low/high voltage and control wiring
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs (over 80 lbs with assistance)
- Must obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card
- Willingness to travel throughout Midwest
- Perform installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-purity water systems (RO, DI, softeners, UV, filters, etc.)
- Work with pumps, motors, control panels, and other mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform filter changes, sanitizations, calibrations, and bacteria sampling
- Follow QSR and safety procedures and maintain accurate service records
- Support system start-ups, modifications, and equipment exchanges
- Communicate service issues and recommendations to customers
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work area
- Operate forklifts, and load/unload equipment as needed
- Identify potential sales opportunities and report to the Industrial Sales team
