Fleet Pride, the industry leader in aftermarket truck and trailer parts, is looking for a Driveline Technician to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on repairing, fabricating, and assembling drive shafts—a key part of keeping America’s trucks moving.

If you have experience in automotive or diesel mechanics, welding, or blueprint reading, we’ll provide the hands‑on training you need to become a top‑performing Driveline Technician.

• 2+ years of driveline experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
• Strong communication skills with teammates and managers.
• Ability to provide your own basic tools and toolbox.
• Commitment to high safety and quality standards.
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Fabricate and assemble drive shafts.
• Read and interpret blueprints provided by customers.
• Operate boxing stations, washers, and cleaning equipment.
• Inspect, process, and prepare core parts for assembly.
