The base salary for this position is expected to start at $20.00 - $24.00
/hour, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity.

Position SummaryService (Maintenance) Technician – entry level. The technician will work with the Service team to prepare new apartment homes for residents, assist in routine repairs of building systems, and complete service requests. The role provides strong customer service to residents while supporting the upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting/drywall, etc.
- Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
- Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
- Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system.
- Keep all amenity areas clean and operable. Seasonally assist with snow removal and groundskeeping.
- Must be available for on‑call work (possible evening, weekend, and overnight calls) via a rotating schedule.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks. Prior knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Initiative and ability to follow instructions.
- Detail‑oriented and able to carry out tasks with all necessary details.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Motivation to make an impact and contribute to organizational success.
- Openness to growth opportunities and taking on more responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as a self‑starter.
- Valid Driver’s License
