• Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and timely with customers and management during the repair process.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment by keeping your field truck tidy and organized.

• Preference for experience in diesel mechanics; mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics.
• Effective communication abilities: clear and concise written or verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
