What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components
  • Build custom rendering equipment and industrial cookers
  • Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Use hand and power tools to complete fabrication projects
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
  • Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core (FCAW) welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Fabrication and fitting experience preferred
  • Experience with assembly and metalworking tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
