• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI in past five years)
• Ability to complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to safely use ladders rated for up to 375 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lbs. ladder
• Ability to climb poles, ladders, bucket trucks, and work from elevated heights and in tight spaces
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to travel on short notice and work extended, flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is a plus
