Pay: $50-$55 + Profit Sharing
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Minneapolis/St. Paul Competency Card holding Water Heater / Plumbing Technician to join our team. This position focuses primarily on water heater service, installation, troubleshooting, and replacement in both residential and commercial environments.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competency Card Only
*** do not apply if you do not have one*** - Strong experience with commercial water heaters
- Tank & tankless installation/service experience
- High mechanical aptitude (“mechanical IQ”)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
- Experience with gas, electric, and hybrid units
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety practices
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and replace water heaters
- Diagnose mechanical and plumbing issues
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all work meets local code and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
