Community Support Worker

Community Support Worker Looking for a rewarding job where you make a difference? We have the opportunity for you! As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, ARMHS or ILS worker we want to talk to you.

Full or Part time evening shifts available:
Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm. In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary: $18.50 hourly

Benefits:
Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred)18 years of age or older

Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients

Valid US driver's license

Basic computer skills

Options Residential uses E-Verify Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
