Non-CDL Driver

About this Role

We are currently on the lookout for a Non-CDL Driver to join our elite team in Burnsville, MN. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Starting payrate: $24.80 per hour (CBA Position: Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement)

• Safety‑Focused Operations:
  Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Provide exceptional care, smooth boarding, comfortable rides, timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Enforce seat belt compliance, emergency response readiness, regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 forbids Schedule I drugs.

• Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Long periods of sitting, typing or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment involves both indoors and outdoors.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
