We are currently looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Burnsville, MN. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Position Subject To Collective Bargaining Agreement.

• $26.80 / hour Fixed Route CDL
• $28.80 / hour Fixed Route CDL Split Shift

• Follow designated routes and schedules with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding and timely disembarkation.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• CDL required – paid training available.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits cannabis use.

• Work flexible shifts as required.
• Most tasks involve long periods of sitting, typing, or computer use.
• Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
