Inventory & Logistics Specialist; Lead

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Inventory & Logistics Specialist to take ownership of our warehouse and inventory operations. We are looking to hire immediately, with an ideal start within 1-2 weeks. This is a hands‑on leadership role working both in the warehouse and on‑site as needed.

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy
• Oversee warehouse organization and daily workflow
• Coordinate with installers to ensure jobs are packed correctly and completely
• Scan, track, and reconcile inventory
• Receive and inspect incoming product
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or damages
• Maintain clean, organized systems
• Assist on‑site with staging and pick‑ups
• May be asked to work on special projects as needed

• Highly detail‑oriented and organized
• Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through
• Notices when things are off and takes initiative to fix them
• Comfortable leading and giving direction
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Enjoys staying active and hands‑on

• Ability to lift and move at least 30 lbs
• On your feet for several hours throughout the day
• Comfortable bending, lifting, and moving regularly
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, active environment

• Based out of Burnsville, MN with travel to job sites as needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a clean driving record

• Inventory or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• No nights or weekends

• $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
