Infusion Payment Poster

The objective of the Infusion Payment Poster is responsible for processing and posting incoming payments, reconciling receipts, and adjusting patient accounts. This is a full‑time,
in‑person position at the office located in Burr Ridge, IL.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (in‑person)

• Daily batch posting of patient and insurance payments.
• Creates insurance and patient payment deposits weekly.
• Verifies expected reimbursement and adjustment based upon the provided contract list.
• Submits underpayments and over payment information to appropriate collector for follow‑up.
• Researches and resolves missing explanation of benefits or payments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical payment posting practices required.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite and Outlook preferred.
• Experience in CPR+ and/or Care Tend preferred.
• Proof of current vaccinations, including recommended boosters, commonly required for those working with immunocompromised patients, including measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A & B, influenza, and COVID-19.
