Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Region Productivity Manager to join our Central Region team. The Region Productivity Manager will be responsible for providing consultative advice within the Central Region that will ultimately lead to significant cost savings & productivity improvements. The role requires extensive travel throughout the Central portion of the United States. This individual can reside at any LG&E location in Central Region with the preference being Burr Ridge, IL.

• Partner with Senior Management team & Project Team to ensure Region meets/exceeds its productivity goals
• Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma tools which result in significant productivity improvements
• Identify areas of potential cost reduction
• Gather & present relevant data in order to support findings of potential cost reduction
• Visit Plants & Branches to uncover new revenue streams
• Manage projects & financials
• Monitor external/internal trends and make recommendations to improve productivity procedures, methods and tools
• Accountable for business productivity targets

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years Lean and/or Six Sigma experience or Industrial Gas experience
• Ability to communicate
• 5+ Prior Project Management experience
• 75% Travel
• Prior experience managing projects and financials
• Clean driving record
