• Educated to GCSE level
• Mechanical training or background is a must.
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team of associates – desirable.
• Experience in FMCG / high‑speed production – desirable.

• Coordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to achieve line targets.
• Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machinery.
• Be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment.
• Assist operators with daily production tasks to ensure line targets are met.

Base pay range for this position at commencement of employment: USD 21.93 - USD 30.15. Total compensation will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Details will be provided upon offer.
