- Pitman Nights (Finance) to guide front-line teams of about 15 associates on a 24-hour value stream. You will drive safety, quality, and cost targets while coaching operators and coordinating shift activities.
Responsibilities include implementing Mars Safety programs, leading continuous improvement efforts, and partnering with the Area Leadership Team to deliver reliable, high-quality products. Strong leadership and HACCP experience preferred.
