Description
Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division in all our service areas. We are now hiring a full-time, salaried RN Field Nurse for Skilled Private Duty Nursing.
As an RN Field Nurse, you will provide direct patient care with 24/7 on-call support from a collaborative health care team who values your clinical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate, dependable and comfortable working independently in the field while providing care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, many with rare diagnoses.
The person in this role will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

BENEFITS:- Base Salary of $75,000 annually, with $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Full benefits available: PTO, medical, dental, vision insurance; eligible for holiday pay and 401(k) plan
- Our nurses receive Clinical and Ventilator Training
- Current IL Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year experience in skilled hourly private duty home nursing
- Skilled in tracheostomy/chest management
- Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
- Required 36 hours per week, including 2 weekend shifts monthly
- Access to reliable transportation
