Compass Truck Rental & Leasing, LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative. Established Leasing Fleet is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding Chicago Land vocational local truck market team. The Compass Truck Rental and Leasing Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Identify leads and qualify potential prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to optimize sales strategies and offerings.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.

• At least 2 years’ proven experience in the Truck Leasing field.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
