As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients scale, resolve complex problems and drive growth. This role is critical to Logan Premium’s long term growth and business development.
This is an onsite role in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
What You’ll Do
- Take over client relationships after onboarding, ensuring flawless service, long term growth strategy and effective issue resolution.
- Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
- Identify and pursue all upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Earn and maintain the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.
- Understand in-depth knowledge of each client’s goals, pain points, and growth plans.
- Work closely with internal teams including Carrier, Customer Sales and Customer Operations to ensure service is met and problems are solved proactively.
- Handle quoting opportunities and RFQs.
- Reliable, detail oriented, organized, and analytical.
- A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

- A minimum of 5 years of logistics experience in a customer facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and expand a book of business by maintaining relationships and providing complex solutions.
- Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in an ever changing environment.
- Comfortable leading client calls, handling objections and offering proactive recommendations.
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and quarterly bonus, salary range is based on experience.
