Flex Security Officer - On-Call - $18.50/hr

• Perform duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP.
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance, and work hours, holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions.
• Travel between two sites (Burr Ridge and Bolingbrook) as required.
• Respond to short‑notice shift assignments and cover for absences due to illness, call‑offs, weather, or vacation.
• Maintain reliable transportation and means of communication.

• Train at multiple posts/facilities based on operational need; assignments are not permanent.
• Shifts, days off and hours per week vary based on operational need.
• Accept shifts as they become available due to staffing needs; some shifts are scheduled in advance, others are short‑notice.
• Work all scheduled shifts for which you are available; communicate any unavoidable absences to supervisors.
• For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the requested shifts; refusing more than 20% may impact employment status.

High School diploma or equivalent.
