Master Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Master Craftsman to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson with strong carpentry abilities who is also comfortable supporting a variety of home‑improvement and repair projects. The Master Craftsman will work in basements, attics, and other areas of residential homes, delivering high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

$32.00/hr – $38.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Build and install basement staircases (typically 3–4 steps).
• Complete drywall installation, taping, mudding, and basic painting.
• Frame and construct new walls.
• Remove, rebuild, and install built‑in shelving or cabinetry.
• Installing window well covers.
• Supporting attic insulation projects.
• Assisting with Poly Level work as needed.
• Providing general labor and jobsite support to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Other assistance on ad hoc construction projects as needed.

• Proven experience in carpentry, framing, drywall, or general construction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfort working in basements, crawlspaces, and attics.
• Willingness to assist with non‑carpentry tasks as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred trades school and 2‑3 years of field experience performing home‑improvement maintenance or 5+ years of field experience in lieu of apprenticeship.
