Job Summary

• Operate a daily pest control route, applying pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Arrive on time at each customer’s home and maintain a company vehicle.
• Discuss the scope of service with the customer and provide sales support.
• Use in‑house training to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Provide customers with industry‑leading pest control and eradication services.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and ongoing maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Devote full attention and time during working hours to the performance of duties as directed by supervisor and Company.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written, and in‑person communication skills.
• Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self‑motivated and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and use an iPad (provided by the company).
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees.
