Job Summary

$36,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Operate a daily pest control route, applying pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
- Arrive on time at each customer’s home and maintain a company vehicle.
- Discuss the scope of service with the customer and provide sales support.
- Use in‑house training to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
- Provide customers with industry‑leading pest control and eradication services.
- Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and ongoing maintenance to new and existing customers.
- Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs.
- Use all safety equipment as instructed.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
- Devote full attention and time during working hours to the performance of duties as directed by supervisor and Company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal, written, and in‑person communication skills.
- Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self‑motivated and results driven.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Pest control experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and use an iPad (provided by the company).
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees.
