FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

We are a health center in Burrillville, RI, seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our compassionate, tight-knit team. We’ve designed our care model to let providers do what they do best: care for people.

• 30-minute appointment slots to ensure quality care and time to connect
• Reduced patient panel size for manageable workload and better outcomes

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Engage in care coordination and patient education

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Rhode Island
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a primary care setting preferred
• Passion for patient-centered care and strong communication skills
• Interest in a long-term position with a community-based practice
