FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

We are a health center in Burrillville, RI, seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our compassionate, tight-knit team. We’ve designed our care model to let providers do what they do best: care for people.
What You’ll LoveAbout This Role:
- 30-minute appointment slots to ensure quality care and time to connect
- Reduced patient panel size for manageable workload and better outcomes
- Collaborative, supportive team of conscientious providers

- Minimal bureaucracy and a true focus on patient-provider relationships
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Engage in care coordination and patient education
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Rhode Island
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a primary care setting preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and strong communication skills
- Interest in a long-term position with a community-based practice
Limited on call rotation
Monday-Friday
