Zincir şubeler şeklinde faaliyet göstermekte olan firmamızın Bursa şubesinde görevlendirilmek üzere “Garson” arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
GENEL NİTELİKLER- İçecek ve yemeklerin servis standartlarına uygun şekilde misafirlere sunulmasını sağlamak,
- Tüm misafirlere işletme konseptini,marka değerlerini ve Emirgan Sütiş hizmet standartlarını yansıtan;nazik,profesyonel ve etkili bir hizmet sunmak,
- Servis öncesi ve sonrası hazırlıkları eksiksiz şekilde yerine getirmek,
- Hijyen,düzen ve işletme kurallarına uygun şekilde çalışmak,
- Misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutarak kaliteli servis deneyimi sağlamak.
- Tercihen Turizm Meslek Yüksekokulu veya Turizm Meslek Lisesi mezunu,
- Restoran sektöründe en az 3 yıl deneyime sahip,
- Tercihen İngilizce bilen,
- İnsan ilişkilerinde başarılı ve misafir memnuniyeti odaklı,
- Dış görünümüne özen gösteren,diksiyonu düzgün ve güler yüzlü,
- Ekip çalışmasına yatkın,
- Yiyecek–içecek sektöründe kariyer hedefi bulunan,
- Yoğun iş temposuna,vardiya sistemine ve esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek takım arkadaşları arıyoruz.
