What you'll be doing

As a Meeting & Events Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring every event runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards
• Greeting delegates and guests with a warm,professional welcome
• Serving refreshments, lunches and beverages throughout events
• Maintaining presentation standards across all meeting and event areas
• Supporting weddings, conferences, private diningand other special events
• Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring an exceptional experience
• Working closely with colleagues across Food &Beverage, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless events
• Ensuring health, safety and food hygiene standards are always maintained

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:

• Is confident communicating with guests and colleagues
• Works well as part of a team
• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Can remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
• Has previous hospitality or events experience wouldbe beneficial but isn't essential—we're happy to provide full training forthe right person

Additional Information

• Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week
• Salary £12.71 per hour
