We are looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of multiple vibrant service areas and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operation.

Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you'll oversee multiple outlets while leading a large team to deliver exceptional service, commercial performance and unforgettable guest experiences.

• Leading, motivating and developing Restaurant Managers, Bars Manager, Meetings & Events Operations Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Food & Beverage colleagues
• Driving sales, revenue and departmental performance
• Managing budgets, labour costs, stock control and profitability
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, food safety, licensing and health & safety legislation
• Planning rotas and ensuring staffing levels meet business needs
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and team development
• Working closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Continuously improving service, quality and operational efficiency

• Identifying training needs across the department
• Supporting and coach your teams to succeed
• Ensuring colleagues receive the right training for their roles
• Maintaining accurate training records and compliance standards

• Food safety compliance
• Licensing and health & safety legislation
• High standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Risk assessments and safe working practices
• Creating a positive and safe working environment

• Have previous senior Food & Beverage management experience within a hotel, resort or luxury hospitality environment
• Have experience managing multiple Food & Beverage outlets
• Have excellent commercial awareness, including budgets, labour costs and stock control
• Have proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire and develop teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have a hands‑on management style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for exceptional guest service and attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, licensing and hospitality best practice

• 45 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
