School Social Worker - Flint, Michigan Area
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join a supportive district team in the Flint, Michigan area for the school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with students across all grade levels while collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

- Caseload:
PreK-12th Grade - Itinerant position within the district
- Provide direct social work services and support to students across grade levels
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
- Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs within the school setting
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Active Michigan School Social Worker Certification required
- Active Michigan Social Work License required (LLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
