Job Summary We are seeking a Site Support Analyst to provide onsite IT support for warehouse operations, automation systems, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users in an enterprise, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support for PCs, laptops, handheld scanners, printers, kiosks, VoIP phones, WMS terminals, and other connected devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and basic network issues. Perform device imaging, patching, firmware updates, configuration, and lifecycle support. Support user onboarding/offboarding, account requests, access changes, and workstation deployments. Support WMS rollouts, Windows 11 upgrades, network modernization, and other technology initiatives.
Participate in deployments, go-lives, maintenance windows, and onsite validation activities. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, troubleshooting guides, and security compliance. Work closely with warehouse operations, engineering, site leadership, and central IT teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications College diploma/university degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of enterprise IT/end-user support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and desktop environments. Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and TCP/IP. Strong Windows support experience. Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite and support rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Preferred Qualifications IT support experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or industrial environment. Experience supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, printers, and mobile devices.
Experience with Android, Apple/iOS, and Windows enterprise devices. Familiarity with WMS, warehouse technology, IoT devices, or automation systems. Knowledge of enterprise IT security practices and device management. This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be comfortable working 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST and supporting operational requirements outside normal hours when needed.
