As a CNA at Briarwood Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care
  , including vital sign monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and basic care needs
• Taking and recording vital signs
  , including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  , including recognizing and reporting any dietary restrictions or needs
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  , adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a comfortable and respectful living space for our residents
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  , including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care

• Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and transfer patients, as well as stand for extended periods
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other technology systems
