Quality Systems Coordinator - Mid-States Bolt & Screw LLC.
Burton, MI
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Position SummaryMid-States Bolt & Screw LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Systems Coordinator to maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015
- Oversee audit programs, calibration systems, corrective actions, and document control processes
- Manage complaint resolution and part approval processes
- Assist leadership in tracking and achieving quality objectives and performance outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of quality-related issues
- Support internal audit activities and coordinate cross-functional improvement efforts
- Maintain records, reports, and procedural documentation
- Assist with training and communication of quality standards across the organization
- Support department operations and special projects as needed
- 2–5 years of experience in quality systems, manufacturing, or related field
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards preferred
- Quality training coursework or certifications are a plus
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to train and guide others on processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze systems and implement improvements
- Proficiency in documentation and recordkeeping
- Primarily office/warehouse-based with interaction across departments
- Frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Requires coordination with internal teams and occasional external contacts
- Fast-paced environment with deadlines and accountability for outcomes
