Hourly Wage

$20 - $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet, thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role requires standing for long periods and being ready to help with customer questions and needs.
