Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job OverviewApparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
