As a Branch Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in our customers’ banking experience by combining people skills with product and service knowledge.

• Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals.
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Help guests with technology challenges and demonstrate the power of our mobile and online banking channels using branch laptops and iPads.
• Assess both personal and business financial needs, reduce customer financial anxiety, and guide customers toward appropriate financial solutions.
• Collaborate with experts within the bank to provide customers with specialized assistance.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security policies, and federal regulations.
• Support customers throughout all areas of the branch and rotate service responsibilities as needed.
• Leverage various tools and channels to recommend solutions, enhancing customer retention and engagement.
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market as needed.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• At least six months of cash‑handling experience.

• Associate’s degree.
• Two or more years of retail, sales, or banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking compliance requirements.
